With this website, you can build your own "Washitsu" (Japanese style room), "Chashitsu" (Japanese style Tea Room) and "Tsuboniwa" (small Japanese Garden in home) by our construction service and are able to adopt many Japanese genuine products into your home and shops by viewing a lot of model sample pictures, so please find out your favorite one on the next linked page. 

Your valued Rooms are created by proficient Master Carpenters who can construct/repair for our National Treasure as historic Temples, Shrines and such, and all construction materials will be shipped from Japan, that's why the outcome will be trusted Japan quality.

However, don't get misunderstood, since all photos shown on this website are only sample images to allow you to have an image of what it may be. Therefore, it is not possible to build a room exactly the same as these model pictures.

Use these photos just as a reference to come up with your own original room plan, and ask us freely for any matters to let us help with creating your own rooms.  

We will make specific proposals in response to your various requests and send you the first design blueprint with an approximate estimation sheet (free of charge).

Please be noted once more. As you know, we, Japanese, can enter to more than 195 countries/territories in the world without showing Visa as a tourist or for business meetings, but almost cases we have to obtain the working permit or working Visa to work in other countries, so to obtaining those documents, we need your help, for example give us your invitation letters, sign into the contract documents and such, otherwise we can't enter in your country as a working purpose.

With this project, all construction materials including Lumbers will be shipped from Japan to your country. 

In this matter, we will be an exporter and you will be an importer, so importation procedures should be done by your side. Of course we bear about exporting procedures.

As for the basic style in the Japanese construction business, the merchant wants to know all needs of the client before they offer a final plan, for example, client's wishes, preferences, specific environments, the budget and such.

Also the merchant has to know what level of quality does the client expects for creating rooms, basic color of walls, the edge color of Tatami mats, the area of constructing site, the temperature and the humidity of it and all other conditions.

After we are informed above mentioned all necessary conditions, several plans and estimated sheets will be given to the client free of charge.

The architectural services we provide you for Washitsu, Chashitsu, gardens and such are not ready-made products sales service.

Therefore, in order to create a basic plan that satisfies you, we must thoroughly discuss each other until it is mutually satisfactory even if you were not able to find out the room sample pictures you preferred. That's why we exist, ready to answer for your questions. 

Once more, you are not going to buy the ready made products, that's why we never ask you for a payment till you completely satisfied. This is a very important point as a honest Japanese basic business style.
