Please pay attention to the following points.

As for the basic style in the Japanese construction business, the merchant wants to know all needs of the client before they offer construction plans, for example, client's wishes, preferences, specific environments, the budget and such.

Also the merchant has to know what level of quality does the client expects for creating rooms, basic color of walls, the edge color of Tatami mats, the area of constructing site, the temperature and the humidity of it and all other conditions.

After we are informed above mentioned all necessary conditions, several plans and estimated sheets will be given to the client free of charge.

The architectural services we provide you for Washitsu, Chashitsu, gardens and such are not ready-made products sales service.

Therefore, in order to create a basic plan that satisfies you, we must thoroughly discuss each other until it is mutually satisfactory even if you were not able to find out the room sample pictures you preferred. That's why we exist, ready to answer for your questions. 

Once more, you are not going to buy the ready made products, that's why we never ask you for a payment till you completely satisfied. This is a very important point as a honest Japanese basic business style.

Let us know the sample ID which you have chosen and your living environment through the page of "Contact Us". And if you can't find sample photos that match with your ideal style, please send us your own photos or reference photos or videos thorough the Contact Us page, then will make several proposals that fit your wishes and budget.

After you have received a reply from us, send back all the information listed below.

1) Where are you going to put our product/service at?

  Is it in an existing home/shop? or are you going to build it on your own new property?

2) Area of that construction site (Width, Depth, Height)  in "cm" or in "inch". Approximative size will be accepted at this time.

3) Photos and videos of that construction site as many as you can.

After we have received above mentioned first information about your site's environment, we will create a basic design plan and an first approximate estimation sheet, then you will be presented with them via an email. 

We will also make a several proposals that fit for your environments, wishes and budgets. Please do not hesitate to ask us for any matters, we will give you some suggestions. It's free of charge till this procedure.

Once you agree with our presented basic design plan, we will visit you to confirm more details, especially the surrounding environments, and then take final measurements of the actual site.

At that time, a master carpenter comes to you with us, so you can ask us directly by talking about all requests, questions to solve all matters. Please tell us as much as you wish during this time.

At this field survey, all construction materials will be decided between you and our craftsman, for example, what kind of wood, what kind of Tatami mat should be used and wall design will be decided too. 

For this actual field survey, we will ask you to pay our travel expenses in advance through a bank wire transfer, it includes air fee, accommodation fee and all related expenses, but this bill doesn't include our profit at this time, we ask you to send us just only purely travel related costs. 

Therefore, that amount will be depending on the destination country.

Also, it will be possible for you to purchase air tickets and book a hotel instead of us, in this way you don't need to make a bank transfer, the rest related expenses will be paid by cash when we come to you.

After we return to Japan, you will be informed of a second estimate sheet and a specific construction plan. It reflects the results of the actual site survey that we have done with you.

Once you agreed this specific plan and estimated cost, we will ask you to pay us 70% of that amount through a bank wire transfer, then after your fund arrived us, we will begin to take all actions for preparing construction materials, obtaining working permit in your country, shipping arrangement for materials and also take related all necessary procedures. It will take several weeks.

Once the construction materials are shipped to your country, the specific date of beginning construction will be talked with you.

The materials will be delivered to you directly or it stays in the port, this matter will be depend on each country's quarantine policy, but finally it comes to your construction site.

We will come there at the estimated date of materials arriving, and then actual construction will be begun. 

After the construction work was over, you need to do a final check for the quality of it, and then finally it will be delivered to you formally.

At this constructing period, you are not able to ask us for any additional work, for example, installing Japanese style Bathtub, high-tech Toilet and gardening work and such.

These optional working services must be applied at the time of the initial site survey.

After the construction is finished and it is delivered to you formally, we ask you to pay us the rest 30% via bank wire transfer before we leave your country. 

We'll return home after confirming your final payment has arrived to us, and also credit card payments are accepted.
