All facilities were built by Japanese Master Carpenter "Takumi", Masayoshi Sagara, and he actually attends to create your original "Washitsu", "Chashitsu" and others.

Pavilion MIWA in Paris, France

We built a store in Paris, France to spread Japanese culture overseas. All the lumber in this store is made from cypress, we brought it by ship from Japan. It took a lot of effort to create this store, but the result was perfect, and the inside of the store is always filled with the faint scent of cypress, creating a comfortable space.

The Lodge MIWA Bathroom in Kyoto Pref., Japan.

We have created a bathroom in the guest house in Kyoto Pref., where the guests can take a bath time with enjoying the outside scenery.

Shihoan in Akasaka Tokyo

This is a large-scale private guest house, we created this facility in Apr. 2019 in Tokyo.

Private Guest house in Kyoto, Japan

This building was renovated from an old private house and was built mainly for foreign tourists to understand Japanese culture. The building is in perfect harmony with the natural surroundings and has been well received by them.

Japanese archery court at Katsushika Hachiman Shrine in Chiba Pref., Japan

We have created the archery Dojo's (court) roof and Dojo. It was particularly difficult to make the warped roof look beautiful, but thanks to "Takumi" Sagara's experiences, it was completed perfectly according to the drawings.

This kind of job can be done only by the Master Craftsman called Takumi who knows the design of historic buildings completely.

Reconstructed Inari statue and Torii gate in Tokyo Japan

There was an Inari statue and Torii gate located in the old headquarter building of Hazama company, it is one of the biggest general construction companies in Japan, and we have relocated those Inari statues and the Torii gate to the rooftop of their new headquarter building.


Kannonshoji Suyadan in Shiga Pref. Japan

We created a pedestal to enshrine the new Buddha statue. The size of it is 10 meters long and 1.6 meters high. There are many regular carpenters in Japan, but only Takumi, Master Carpenters can take care of this kind of historic facility.

As for the basic style in the Japanese construction business, the merchant wants to know all needs of the client before they offer a final plan, for example, client's wishes, preferences, specific environments, the budget and such.
Also the merchant has to know what level of quality does the client expects for creating rooms, basic color of walls, the edge color of Tatami mats, the area of constructing site, the temperature and the humidity of it and all other conditions.

After we are informed above mentioned all necessary conditions, several plans and estimated sheets will be given to the client with free of a payment.

The architectural services we provide you for Washitsu, Chashitsu, gardens and such are Not ready-made products sales service.
Therefore, in order to create a basic plan that satisfies you, we must thoroughly discuss each other until it is mutually satisfactory even if you were not able to find out the room sample pictures you preferred. That's why we exist, ready to answer for your questions.

Once more, you are not going to buy the ready made products, that's why we never ask you for a payment till you completely satisfied. This is a very important point as a honest Japanese basic business style.
